I’ve been waiting on this one for some time. I posted this in the Nintendo thread and forgot to post here

Xenoblade Chronicles DE was a very good port so here’s hoping this one is even better. I just need Twilight Princess and Wind Waker to release on Switch and I’m good on Wii/Wii U ports.

A new Ys just came out and something else I can’t remember.

It is nuts right now if you are a RPG/JRPG fan.

Also an Indie fan too. The amount of great metrovanias and rouges is seems endless. Especially if you have PC as an option.

I would like to play Ys one day but I feel like I should play the Trails series first.

And it's not slowing down for the next 6-9 months. Its becoming a bit overwhelming.

Yeah, I had to tap out of purchasing anything new. If somebody gets me something, cool. Me buying anything new (except for Lunar and the Capcom Collections, because those are childhood bucket list games) I'm completely out on for now.

As a guy who didn't play much into the PS3/360 gen and completely skipped the PS4/XBOne gen, there's no reason I should have the backlog that I have currently. It's right up there with hoarding of sneakers. I'm just saying No like my name Nancy Reagan going forward.

It kind of bugs me that I was going to let Metaphor just pass by without giving the demo a real try.

This game is so good.

It really is. The demo/beginning started too slow for me. Should've known some greatness was coming up because most great games start slow and build the world around you. Like a good movie, slow burns usually pay off if you stick with it.

My son and I are both playing Metaphor. I can already tell that this one is special. I just need to make sure I stay ahead of my son to avoid spoilers

I just started up the demo last night. I was locked in for about 3 hours before i decided to finally go to sleep 😂. Definitely buying the full game today.

It really is great. I'm at the 3rd major location and still feel likes it's fresh. I typically hate the calendar system Persona made popular, but it's not bad in this game.

This is my first Atlus game. I just beat the Cathedral dungeon 😂. Im not use to playing a JRPG like this where MP is used so much and doesnt recover. I wasted like 4 days in-game time having to keep leaving the dungeon to recover. Had to look up online how to recover MP and learned about overworld Mage archetype trick.

So far, that has been the longest dungeon. There is another a bit later for you that relies on a ton of magic, but outside of that they become manageable as your total magic increases with your levels.
