I'm cool on VR, feels like a gimic, just like the motion controllers.

I assume you think it's just a screen in front of your eyes and that's it, but it's not. It's fully immersive 3D

Just chedked Amazon US and they're still there for $499.

It makes sense to get the Headset for $300 and buy the camera and move controller separately. You can buy PS VR Worlds separately as well going down this route.

My first playthrough was on Death March. It was quite the experience.
