I rate it low because Wiz said himself that he wasn't himself on that. He was trying to fit in with the crowd. He evolved into what he is now with later projects. Don't get me wrong Pittsburg Sound is my joint though.

yeah you can tell that wasnt him.
he was trying to fit the popping style at the time, sounding like dipset type rappers.

POTC2 is where he started to find his lane, once "Who I Am" came on I knew Wiz had found it.
