Just the overall look on them. They don't look like simple basketball shoes to me. I know it sounds stupid but it's hard to explain. In other words, if I didn't know about Lebrons and saw the 7's, I'd say they're basketball shoes. If I saw the 14's, I'd say they're trainers

Fair enough with your explanation. Nike really is not doing much to differentiate their signature products from their inline products so I can understand why you think the XIVs look like a trainer.
