The Draws I've won (none of the Kobes yet) my card has been charged within 2-3 minutes after the raffle time ended.  Confirmations then trickle in later.

Exactly, the IG pic of those buffon bot pics show how vulnerable these are. There IS NO DRAW. You either get that email notification that your account was charged or not.
