I'm pretty sure Nike themselves know that their shady. I heard that employees at WHQ joke around about how shady it is.

Isn't 21mercer where all the celebrities pick up their pairs of shoes? That may be why Nike allows them to do what they do.

Or maybe the person who runs it is blood with someone HIGH up in Nike? Who knows? DJ Clark Kent is always there and  shouting them on twitter/ig.
