The Official Netflix Thread Tho: Recommend Streaming Movies

I have netflix, hbo now, and amazon video and some nights I'd be browsing for near an hour and not find anything that interests me enough to click play.

Don't know what's going on lately but they've been showing me the % match instead of the rating lately and it sucks. Don't want to waste my time on something even Netflix watchers rate 1 star but I can't tell.

sometimes those low rating be wack because the movie might have a animal abuse on camera or a baby get merked with no lookaway and that makes moms at home give lowratings to films that are good as hell besides that one intense scene that upset the viewers lol

Yeah, I don't care what % match something is. They'll switch it back when enough people complain.

Bryce gon get his one way or another. Too many ppl know now. Counselor, Jess dad, Hannahs parents & Tyler with the GTA arsenal of guns lol

Yeah I'd be surprised if they didn't do a season 2

Show gives me degrassi vibes

Can we get like a list of recommendations?

I'm doing that thing again where I'm searching for something to watch rather than actually watching something.

Me & my cousin noticed that alot of horror & romantic movies get low ratings on Netflix for some reason

Once i saw they gave Eternal Sunshine a 3 outta 5 on Netflix i was done trusting their ratings lol. Thats a GREAT movie. Not no 3 outta 5 ish :{

Im down

Would that require a seperate thread tho? Especially if we have suggestions that are on other streaming services
probably would if its stuff thats on other streaming services which i think it kinda should... most people i know have multiple streaming services

I know the feeling...only I have directv all premium channels & Huluplus. I miss the old rating system on Netflix amazons reviews are pretty decent sometimes.

I have Hulu as well. I had Amazon, but got rid of it.

Hulu has some cool stuff.

Agreed hulu is underrated but overpriced for no commercials...there are some hidden gems on there, I used to have to torrent or use a VPN on Netflix with(still miss those days). While on the topic here's hulu's May list:

Also not sure if mentioned, but bloodline season 3 Netflix end of May... the 26th I think.

does anyone else feel like Amazon video (prime) sucks, or is it just me?

i can't find anything on there to watch i feel like......

Sling and Hulu Plus I pay for.

Netflix, HBO Go, Showtime Anytime and Amazon Video I have through my mom.

I have the same problem with finding something to watch.

IMO it's the weakest of the 3 but it does have some really good stuff too, like Orphan Black & Mr. Robot. I can give you a list if you want, I think the biggest problem is the layout it's hard to find stuff unless you know what you're looking for.

Yeah I hate how they don't have a continue watching section on amazon. They do have a good selection of British shows and foreign movies that I don't see on hbo or netflix.

Have you checked out Banshee? One of the most under rated shows ever IMO. Characters are awesome story is good and fight scenes are incredible Chayton and Burton are beasts. Procter is pretty cool too.

Yeah, it was one of my favorite shows. Cinemax had some gems that flew under the radar.
