Fultz really gonna be out the league?

Even though I think Morey did an excellent job this summer, I do question the decision to sign a 34 year old Reggie Jackson over a 26 year old Fultz. Given the makeup of the Sixers, they can use a backup playmaker who can set players up and is not a liability on defence. Sure, his shot is inconsistent, but given that the team is now full of capable shooters, he can operate in the paint.
