The Official NBA Season Thread: HO HO HO

I think it’s clear watching this year Nuggets team that they never replaced Bruce Brown adequately and have significant less depth than they did last year.

I think the T’Wolves have the combination of most talent/depth out of any team left but Jokic is the best player in the world.

Nuggets in 7 but don’t feel confident with that at all. Winner of this series I expect to win the championship.

Bench could be the x factor. Denver bench can’t shoot. Reggie has to still on and healthy. Obviously Wolves have Naz and some others,

I don’t see any scenario where the Wolves make enough good decisions offensively to take 3 games off Denver, barring health to the starting lineup.

I’m waiting on sportsbooks to release the odds for Denver in 5

Brandon Ingram is another sorry-*** player. He is good for the occasional highlight and ceiling take, but at this point, he is getting up there, so any expectation for him at this point will be gone soon. He is what he is.

Definitely don’t think they can play consistent enough offense at a high level. And don’t think they’re doing anything to remotely slow down the 2 man game.

Yea I held out hope for a while but I think when he got benched with Team USA this summer that said everything you really need to know.

When you bet on a series do they do the .5’s too? 5.5 games?

Nugs in 6 tho

Ingram was incredible against Bridges, Crowder and Phoenix in his first ever series. Scoring, passing, defense, he put it all together.

Had a strong individual finish to last season, leading up to team USA and i still don’t understand why the wheels fell off so violently. He was awful, not doing anything.

Then this year he missed 3 weeks and came back for game #82. Tough situation, but then again he always gets hurt at some point.

I’d imagine the front office is frustrated and will probably make a move.

I say LeBron retires. I can’t see any roster being competitive enough for a ring.

Nor do I feel(personally) playing with his son is a good enough motivation to endure another 82 game season.
Seems like the most pointless thing to do lol
