steph had to have done this **** on purpose... on some “if you dont get me another ******* scorer on this team, this is what im doing until april”
kerr shouldn't have dennis in the starting line up. the eye test tells me that steph and buddy playing at the same time creates the best spacing for both of them. not great defensively, but dubs need scoring badly. have dennis come off the bench and anchor the second unit and let podz play on the perimeter. idk why kerr is forcing podz to be a facilitator when he played the two guard at santa clara and shot the piss out of the ball his last year. let him work off pin downs and off ball screens for open shots from time to time.

Tough sledding last night for sure as far as shooting goes. Took some bad shots in the 4th when the game was in reach, without a doubt. Gotta be better in those situations.
That said, he had 13 assists and 1 turnover--he has been criticized for that. Only had 3 fouls while playing pretty solid defense--he has been criticized for that. Didn't get the win and I understand the star will get the blame, but this team is just bad. EIGHT for FOURTY-THREE AS A TEAM FROM THREE. WITH ADAM SILVER IN THE BUILDING INVESTIGATING TOO MANY TREY BALLS.
They're currently last in FG% @ 43%. Yikes. I said last year that they have one of the worst constructed rosters in the League, and I still stand by that. Add in the merry-go-round of injuries and they just look plain bad and out of synch most the time. I'm willing to shoot Coach Lee bail b/c he's a rookie head coach, but what the **** is their offense? Where are the actual plays in the half court set? It's literally 80% dribbling around the perimeter and hoisting a 3. Nobody can consistently create for themselves (or others) outside of LaMelo. Nobody shoots at a high clip. It's just bad team basketball all around. And all of that doesn't fall squarely on Melo's shoulders, imo.
On the bright side, Mark and Melo looked glorious in the PNR last night--I'm glad he's finally back.

I will say I saw more smiles from him tonight and draymond and chipper demeanors, almost like this was orchestrated. Not saying it was, but just saying, I've seen them dumbed and stone faced during L's. Tonight the vibe was way different. I mean they could legit be checked out lol of course. Or, they could be on some, I asked for help, and this is the 'find out' portion of tonight's program.
