T Mac as a Magic/Rocket is the same thing as Vince as a Raptor. Its all not jersey retirement worthy.

As big a ball fan you are idk how you could not see VC’s influence in the basketball world as a Raptor. The greatest dunker of all time and thus putting Toronto on the map. Why did people tune into Toronto games? They wanted to see VC do something special. It wasnt his stats or anything he accomplished (chip, or lack of I should say) but his “aura”. You dont say who was the greatest or most influential Raptor of all time and not have VC at the top or near top of the list. This honestly needs no explanation, just say you dont like him.

Nope.

Our best lineups were always Lowry lineups. The lowry+bench units no DeMa was always one of our best units.

DeMar got benched down the stretch of multiple playoff games.

The team didn't take off until they got rid of Rudy gay and the ball was truly put in Kyle's hands.

DeMar was a solid mediocre efficiency volume scorer who provided nothing else.

DeMar was along for the ride, Lowry was the engine of the team. A lot of guys could have played the DeRozan role. Lowry was the essential element.

My VC hate is petty irrational sports fan. I can totally acknowledge he should have gotten his number retired.

I don't hate DeMar at all, I hate it when people make up things that aren't true. DeMar doesn't belong in the rafters, there is no getting over that, it's just the reality.

If they do do it, it would be highly embarrassing for the franchise. That's what I hate.

DeMar seems like a nice enough guy. I don't hate him.
