If the other dudes don't come to play, why is that dude getting blamed?

I am still not seeing the logic here

The same reason KD is getting blamed. The same reason Steph wouldve been blamed if they lost. He is the leader. He is the focal point of the team. You played ball I can tell by your SN. If youre the leader and you lose, you dont think it was your fault? Honest question.

Never said they don't have talent. YOU are the one making silly claims that they are more talented than the Warriors which is only something a hater would say. Warriors definitely have more talent top to bottom.

Yeah, those two BOTH had those numbers and where'd that get them? Ooooh that's right....sitting at home watching the playoffs. Also, even WITH those numbers, wasn't NONE of y'all saying Kyrie was top 15 anything but all of a sudden since Lebron is their teammate, you want to big them up to be better than they are.

Again, I can tell the way you talking you were the same type to dismiss Shump and JR Smith but now that they are on Lebron's team, one is a defensive stopper and the other is this great player that can score with the best of them.
Did I definitely say they were better?  No, I said I would argue that they had as much talent on the team.  Does that mean there is, no.  Does that mean a debate could be had, yes.

Well I have been consistent with the one player doesn't deserve the blame OR credit in a win/loss.

It is ALWAYS a team sport.

ALWAYS

No matter how good the best player plays, other people HAVE to do their parts.

Yeah and also make believe reasons to hate acting like Cleveland is the favorite.

Who in here is acting like Cleveland is the favorite?

There is a difference between saying someone has talent around them and that talent translating to wins.

The Cavs are talented, but a lot of that talent is wasted due to the way the Cavs play.

Yeah, and you'd be the only one arguing it and your argument would be Lebron had a more talented team that Golden State and STILL loss right? When you know damn well you're the only one that thinks it's even arguable.

There would've been NO debate had you just said they had talent around them....but once you try and say things like, "oooh it's "arguable" that Lebron has even MORE talent than the Warriors" thats when you get the funny faces at you.

Jesus guy, did I once say the Cavs should or would beat the warriors?

All I said was the Cavs have talent on their team and Lebron isn't playing with bums.  Am I going to personally fault him for losing this series?  No, because I don't really think they stand a chance.

I still don't know that I agree that the Warriors are the more talented team, but they certainly mesh much, much better together.

Me internalizing blame and me ACTUALLY being the one to blame are two different things. A leader usually assumes responsibility, yes.

But in actuality, DOZENS have things go wrong during the course of a game, so blaming ONE PERSON, PLAY, COACHING DECISION doesn't make sense. Too many variables in a basketball game man.

my boy who talked shhhhhh all last summer about the cavs getting screwed, and said that 'bro, I'm not a stan, i didnt used to like lebron, but then i became a fan when I saw everybody hated him, I didnt think that was fair' all he ever talks about is his legacy and what this win will mean for it and how it will get him into the Goat talks; talked all year about how the cavs got screwed and now are healthy, talked even after the cavs lost to the warriors twice. and came out with the extra strength rambo bullets **** talking after each series (while also gassing up the easy conference and downplaying who the warriors faced), roasting the warriors, saying how garbage and soft curry is and how his numbers suck and it doesnt matter that his numbers suck because he didn't play because he was hurt, he said he's soft because he got hurt, how the warriors dont look good, even after taking the WCF, he said it didnt mean anything because the thunder are dumb said cavs are favorites and bron is the best player on all 7 continents...

son is already easing off his stance day by day. Yesterday bro hit me with 'Bruh, i dont really care like that. i mean, if the cavs win cool, but if they lose, i'll be over in in 20 minutes. :| cue cam face gif. shut cho gahh damn *** up b

Is there anyone in history you could replace Lebron with that would make them a favorite over the Warriors?

when's the last time underdogs won the nba finals? i'm assuming 11 mavs and 04 pistons
does anyone have list of recent recent vegas odds for past series? right now it's +180/-220

More than likely no.  But then again, no one thought the Thunder stood a chance last series either.

Show me one post where someone said that the expect Bron to singlehandedly beat the Warriors this year.  I'll wait.

Keep moving the goalposts bro.
Dude JUST said that LeBron has more talent than GSW around him right?

So now ONE poster saying LeBron has more talent around him than GSW does somehow equates to multiple people expecting Bron to singlehandedly beat the Warriors.

Strong logic.

The series will go deep if Kerr and company don't figure out what is the problem on the defensive side in the first three quarters like the Wcf..Cleveland offense is so inconsistent they are either hot or cold there d is always MIA..a lot of unanswered questions on both sides will be a long series..

And I'm not even saying the Cavs are going to beat the Warriors either.  There is a difference between having a talented team and a team that wins.  The Lakers a couple years back had a really, really talented team.  That team did not translate to wins for a variety of reasons, Kobe being one of them.

You JUST said NOBODY said it.

I said SOMEONE that did

when lebron wins=Lebron is carrying the team and single-handily winning games and playoff series.

when lebron losses=it's not his fault his team isn't as good as the other team

yall ever thought if Lebron was better, his team would be better? if the man wants to be on the mt rushmore for basketball legends then he should receive criticism if/when he falls short.

Is any of this fair? probably not, but life isn't fair.
