This ALBUM WAS DISSAPOINTING. A girl told me he completely stopped tweeting when the album dropped and he didnt release new songs on friday anymore. Dude is just a commercial artist. The album had a few good tracks but for the most part the production was lackluster. I actually liked his verses more than the production...... bottomline Kanye is gone- Cocaine and white people took him. I admire his creative spirit but he isnt as great as he thinks he is.

You're gonna have to expound your thoughts if you're gonna make a statement like that.

This is how I feel.

After the beats wear off, the lyrics don't hold enough substance to make MBDTF a formidable contender over Graduation.

I had to go back in my Yeezy crates before I made my judgement and Graduation was stupid dumb compared to MBDTF but i may put it second tho

Why can't All Of The Lights just be a great song talking about problems with a girlfriend.

Why cant me & my girlfriend just be a great song about Pac and his girlfriend
Good one! My sentiments precisely...

As for substance, there is none. Maybe im missing something but ye is constantly mentioning something about
dealings with the devil
,
his promiscious relations with many women and how perfect and imperfect he is at the same time. Nikki minaj def didnt help this album and i think she might be schizophrenic and that dude Ross stays talking about material possesions in order to avoid touching upon his weight problem. But back to kanye....
I dont understand how anyone can say that this is even kanye's best record let alone the GAOAT

Yup, he is fulfilling his side of the deal...homage

Nah, i'm just teasing about the success and popularity of Kanye with the coke and white people joke. He is in a interesting phase of his career. I was messing with Kanye back before
"through the wire" became a remade hit and he literally spit on it with his mouth wired shut. It's crazy literally watching someone go from nobody to super stardom and seeing the massive changes they make. There is a certain level of commercial "selling out" as we call it. I know what Kanye and Jay are doing though. They are playing the game, people think they sold out and are satanist etc but they are actually the opposite. People place these people on idol levels without realising they are not better than you. What seperates them though is their belief system........ this is where "religious" people are lost because of their dogmas. There is a certain level of consciousness that you can acquire that disposes of all dogmas. You would be a fool to believe that these guys arent familiar with symbolism and subconscious imprinting, I am and I have nowhere near the resources they do.

Same vibe I get, and all of the beats are not even that crazy

like LR or CD.....Ye says a whole not of nothing on this album.

I still eff with tracks like Runaway since that hits close to home.

I don't know how people can name this classic or 5/5 perfection, still an enjoyable album but people like to overreact.

What bro? I was literally just watching an Alexis Texas anal scene. Sweet Jesus

I heard he stopped good fridays and tweeting because he wants to focus on his touring and promotion for his album
People forget that even after the week the album drops you still have to work to sell more copies and do promotions and touring

You can't just release a album and after one week forget about it

This whole Illuminati talk is what I guess I don't enjoy about Kanye anymore. I feel like he's trying to hard to be different. Beyond the beats after they die down, they lyrics aren't your typical Kanye don't have luster. Maybe I'm missing something, since there is so much analysis going on. I don't really understand this whole Illuminati/religion stuff anyway.
