How are the "Jesus" face medallions still popular? Serious question.

You would think after being produced for 15+ years, and everybody in their moms owning one - they would become obsolete in the fashion-term's sense. They are tangible, worthy, I get that - but I'm tried of seeing it as the 'token status' of all gold medallions.


They need to be retired ASAP, by all wearers and jewelers. The design is not new, not timeless in any way - and misrepresents what "Jesus" actually looked like (no one knows what he actually looked like, that's why I add quotations to the term "Jesus" piece.)

Let it go.

imo, too big for a micro piece and thus the chain looks to frail for it and especially with the big bail 

also do not like the straight horizontal lines on the hair at all, too many, too straight and stands out too much

same with the beard lines

and I'm not sure might be the angle but the mouth just looks like he's sticking his tongue out

they come brolic, and XL brolic as shown by 50
