So if you got Peyton Manning (specially if you plan to use him as a starter), what are you doing now? Do you keep him, wait it out? Hold a bench spot hostage or have him lose 100% value if they say he's not playing this season?

You will only upgrade at QB (Bradford vs McNabb, while losing 2 decent starters. Any decent QBs on the waivers? I would also start Hightower over Percy.

I'm high on Ingram as well, but I would wait to start him after Week 1 or so, just to see how he'll be used and his effectiveness. Green Bay isn't a great matchup either.

Not much on the waiver wire - Hasselbeck, TJax, Grossman, Kerry Collins. Should I take a flyer on any of these guys over McNabb?

Grossman is nice..You could get some great games out of him, but not so for the long run. I like McNabb because he'll probably be consisten. Won't wow you, but will get you 200 with 1 to 2 tds.
Grossman will have games where he goes for 300/3 and some games where he'll good for 150 with 2 ints.

Grossman is tempting and the injury bug hit the NYG bad this week. I made an offer for Kolb, if that doesn't pan out I'll stick with McNabb and see what happens to Peyton in a week or so.

I'd go with Addai. Starks is splitting carries and probably getting the lesser of the load, I don't trust Tavaris Jackson ever and who knows what type of shape Maclin is in right now.
