Then I'd definitely do it. Collie will be more than serviceable when Peyton gets back. play Holmes and Floyd this week. that's a really stout RB trio

Running Backs are real solid and AP will be huge this year. Receivers are ok. Great 1, 2 with Calving and Marshall (not sold on LLoyd), but no real depth after that. Jacoby and Walters are toss ups each week, because its one of those cases where both can potentially have big games every week, but good luck guessing right when it happens.
Don't like the QB situation. Eli is good, but I believe he's set to have a subpar year and too much hype surrounds Bradford right now. Offense will be opened up (calling plays and audibles at the line, which he didn't do last year) and they still don't really have a big time, can't miss, #1 target. Steven Jackson will carry that offense this year...Bradford maybe next year.

Don't do it, especially if its a non-ppr league.
Grant is splitting carries and I'm not sold on the Colts trying to run the ball all of a sudden. It's not what they do.
Drop Leshoure for a WR.
T. Young isn't ready to produce quite yet, and Stewart & Woodhead are good flex plays/depth in a 15 team league. Quizz isn't seeing the field much, he's 4th on the depth chart.

How is the scoring and how many people in the league?
Team is pretty good. You're a little weak at RB, I'm not yet sold on Mark Ingram because there are just way too many backs in that NO offense. Felix Jones is going to have a great year though.
I think Plax or Fred Jackson might be a better play at the flex spot, that Miami passing offense is
