if iD doesnt give you a variation of materials, they should just open up and given you the whole wheelhouse of colors. no sense in adding colors, taking some away...rinse, repeat.

I used to love NIKEID. I’ve made over 70 pairs with them over the years. The past five or so years have been MEDIOCRE AF with these stagnant options. Nike is still my favorite sneaker brand, BUT companies like New Balance (their NB1 product/experience is A1) and UA are levels above Nike in the realm of personalized sneakers. #endrant

The best thing about NikeID is the fact that you CAN return them if you aren’t satisfied for any reason. The other companies have a no refund/cancellation policy on custom products.

the new options are trash to work with. Its laughable. That green wouldve made a nice mudguard...

They purposefully made it to where you cant make any decent classic colorways except if you want pink involved.

I heard its crazy to think Nike isnt feminizing the men's department though so what do I know. By the time we get to 2020 theyre going to have us in hot pink yoga pants with a big ol sparkly swoosh across the booty

wolf grey option is nice, but they should have mixed the colors for "air max 1 ID" & "air max 1 OG ID" (because now we have the old option on one side and the news on the other and it's bad like that, mix everything is better, perso i want wolf grey but with old options like black felt, university red felt, anthracite felt or cool grey felt)

rewinding back a couple years to the pendleton nikeids...

can anyone tell me about the “what the” pendleton pair?

from my searches, it sounds like it was a non-customizable, premade pair that released when the pendleton id options were announced. is that right? there are some articles that say they were limited to 500 pairs...but then i guess they went on disco on ndc to like $79?

anybody have a pair? i dig em, but are they worth the chase?

A few blogs said 500 pairs but then they sat for a while. Definitely wasnt limited. And yea it was a pre-made iD. Even came in an iD box.
