thanks for the reply, and here are the size tags.
on the right shoe the EP is way bolder and the stitching is bigger. the NA checks/stitching on the back also look kinda off to me.

That stitch job looks wonky as hell on mudguard and swoosh...Im gonna assume fake or a terrible factory flaw. I'd stay away either way.
