Didn't think Jose would wash Conor 100% healthy so with that apparently badly injured rib, I give Conor even more of a chance. Seems like analysts and fighters are starting to get with the idea that Jose will lose his title. The latest being Rashad and Weidman

There is literally no reason Mendes should be the choice over Frankie
Pathetic by the UFC. And even more pathetic that this is for the interim title. Complete trash

But when it was convenient, they had the #3 guy (McGregor) fighting for the belt.
I like Mendes. It hadn't even occured to me that he'd get picked because he might be a....."better" match up for Conor.
Then I started to see a few people mention it online, and when they made it an Interim title fight because one dude is out for maybe a month.....**** seems fishy.

One thing I will say is it's business. I understood it when they picked Conor when they announced him getting the shot.
Chad and Conor have more history.
Frankie's problem is he's a respectable guy who other fighters respect.

I could accept Conor getting the shot though. To pick Chad now makes no sense. Lamas has more history with McGregor if anything
