When's the last time we saw a Champ go up two weight classes to fight in a non title fight?

If say Anderson lost against a hw back in the day, I wouldn't be surprised if he also asked for a rematch but it is what it is

Personally I wish Conor would stick to one division

We already saw it and he lost so why should he do it again?

Actually since it was a non title fight it would make much more sense for the immdiete rematch

The only issue is that Conor is the 145 champ so it jammed up that division, which is ridiculous

I'm not a fan of the rematch and I think both would get worked by rda and khabib

Because if it was a title fight, you jam up the division for no reason

Like I said, since Conor is the champ at 145, it really doesn't make sense because they're jamming 145, i.e. the Frankie vs Aldo interim title fight

And I asked you, how many times has a champ went up two weight divisions to fight in a non title fight?

It's a unique situation, where Conor has a lot of power and Nate is a brash character to pair him with
