bruhs, im giddy like a kid as this nfl season approaches :\ so damn excited.

It's inevitable, but I'm hoping for no major injuries through camp.

I always feel like there's someone that tears an ACL/MCL on the first day though :(

Never put anything past "the shield"

Their concussion specialist never was a brain specialist and said in the report to senate "it's actually helpful for guys with concussions to go back in the game"

These two posts hit the nail on the head. You either see it for what it is or choose not to.

But you wanna know when I realized the HGH story was pretty much dead on arrival? (I still refuse to call it the "Peyton Manning controversy" or whatever...it was much bigger than #18, there were so many angles to it.)

It wasn't because of the names involved, but WHO reported it and media/fans reaction to that outlet.
I have no clue how much of the allegations were real or not. Who knows if anything even happened. But the story had no shot to snowball into anything further.

Nationalism and xenophobia made sure of that.

Yea the fact that the story originated from Al Jazeera,as credible a news organization as they are, instead of say the Post, already had the story dead in the water in the eyes of most of "Middle America"...
