why did the NFL schedule makers think a christmas eve primetime game between the texans and bengals would be a good idea?

the bengals are historically bad in primetime games, they do not win. 

what hype did the texans generate in the offseason? the signing of brock? we all knew he was unpolished. 

Could've tried to flex the game in midseason when both teams were shaping out for below average seasons. 

damn the NFL lacks logic.
