This is not an NFL spring league. It's being put together by the same person who ran the FXFL and has no connection to the NFL.

Never mind. 

 

It's a good start but not enough. 

The league needs a NBADL type of set up that coincides with the regular season. 

What percentage of current NFL players would you say are not playing at a professional level?

The back end of rosters are lacking because of all the EE's since the CBA's changes to the draft contract structure. 

This wouldn't only be a benefit for younger players however.  A league like this would be a good start for young aspiring NFL HC's to get their feet wet as HC's without the pressures and demands that come with heading a NFL franchise.
