Liked the Falcons throwbacks until I noticed how much that falcon and colorway resemble the Nazi flag and colors.

So that's gonna be a no for me...

If anything it resembles the UFW flag.

Fresh college coaches ate forced to sign way earlier then recycled washed pros.

This is why we keep getting the same old coaches.

I would point to nepotism and the NFL's lack of a developmental league. 

Unlike in CFB there is no lower level where first time HC's can grow into the job without the pressures and demands that come with being the HC of a team in the NFL.  The vast majority of these guys basically learn how to be HC's on the job. 

The NFL restarting something like NFL Europe would not only be a positive for player development on the back end of most rosters, but a good place for young aspiring HC's to work out the kinks before taking a NFL HC job.
