The College Basketball Post

Suggs has gotta be in the no.1 pick convo after the tourney right?

Been doing it on both ends of the floor at an elite level
I haven't seen any IT factor guys yet tbh haven't seen any special Special guys yet I feel like. Just role players.

Only thing I'll remember from this game years from now is why didn't Juzang pull up :emoji_disappointed_relieved:

This and I think in 2012 Xavier vs Kansas State when Jordan Crawford was on fire from Steph range

The Tennessee vs Purdue sweet 16 game was a dog fight too. If anyone other than Rick Barnes was coaching that Tennessee team with Bone, Scofield and Grant Williams, they would’ve made the final 4 lol

This is the second season in a row where the championship game features two teams who’ve never won it all before. Prior to 2019 I can’t think of the last time that happened.

I wouldn't say not hard, but well inside half court range. The probability of that shot going in is higher than so many other "hail mary" scenarios in all of sports for it to be an unfortunate ending.

If y’all look at Suggs’ shot again it wasn’t even all that hard for a D1 player

He had a running start too
Bro it was literally nba range tbh. It was just high pressure..although not that high pressure because it was a tie game..no risk..but it was dope.

It was close tho. Especially with a running start.

Was low-key an nba free throw if we keeping it a bean.

Basically an nba layup.

Tip dunk.

That shot is practiced all the time by players, same thing happened for a HS team here to make the final four....Suggs got a running start, with no defense until he crosses half court and pulled up, it actually looks like everyone is running away from him when he gets the inbounds pass:rofl:

and each time the coach said afterwards....’he makes that shot all the time in practice’

UK @ Indiana in 2011 is up there w this....UK only loss that season before they won the chip

Lol y'all tripping. I want everybody who thinks that's easy to go to the courts...go full speed, plant your feet, and pull up from 40ft. Come back and let us know how easy you think it is.

Nobody is saying it's easy but for people who actually play ball in here like me ain't gonna say it's impossiible neither

If you can't do it why should it mean we can't?

It’s still one thing to do it in practice and for ****s and giggles and do it in a pressure situation with nerves and adrenaline flowing.

what's your definition of "actually play ball"?
what makes you think I can't do it?
what do you think is the probability of a shot like that going in? what do you think you are shooting if you were to do that by yourself at the courts?
