u can easily find a healhy clean title low 100k miles for 8-9k and put the 1-2k aside just in case like you would any car
1 min of searching on CL and already found this unmolested one
https://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/cto/5500835773.html
Recently got an 07 Prius for well under 10k. Only 86k miles too.
About to be Larry David swaggin' all over everyone
Ill sell you my TSX for 10k OP 150k PM me
You can find an 08 accord with under 100 for 6-8k
Where at?
Yeah not sure where this guy lives but I've been in the market for a 2008 generation Accord for months
And the only way you getting one for 6-8k if you want it under 100k miles is if it's salvaged or in horrible condition.
Any accord 2008 or newer with under 100k miles, that's in decent shape, is probably going to be at least 9-10k, at least.
But...that still fits in with the theme of the thread so it's still a good suggestion
people say dont buy old euros but suggest these. idk much about bimmers or cars in general, but what makes these easier to maintain as opposed to like a 06 3 series or somethinggive me da e36 m3 for 10k the car is not for everyone though i like sporty cars bimmers to be specific

Either ya'll ain't really trying, can't negotiate, or assume it's all going to be available across the street.
They may be boring, but if you're just looking for something to get you from Point A to Point B, it's hard to beat a Camry in terms of reliability/maintenance.serious response IMO
2005 Toyota Camry
how do i know?
my sister drives a 2003 that has lasted many trips to Rutgers and back from CT and also trips to NYC, finally.........MA where she did graduate program and came home every weekend
she will sell it soon after she gets her tax return and use that money towards a Challenger an I'm not talking about a v6
Bro got to have the best all time "talking down" skills ive ever heard of because everywhere ive done looked the 08 accord still 10k or higher.Im not trying to be hostile at all, if you can show me a 2008 or newer Accord with less than 100k miles, with a CLEAN title and CLEAN body, for 6,000 dollars...ill go cop it this weekend bro. Serious. In California, preferably southern...
i been lookin for months. its probably the only car i actually am familiar with market value on right now, thoroughly.

What SUVs would you guys recommend in this range, particularly focusing on anything with a 3rd row? What's still reliable in the 125-150k miles range which is what it seems like everything in that price is; Durangos? Tahoes? Yukon? Escallaedes? etc?

Chevy brought back the caprice in that is a four door large sedan that can be optioned with a 6.0 ls motor. Said to be a very fast car. Decommissioned from police departments these cars can be had for 10 g.You know I saw an Eddie Bauer on CL a few days ago too. Thought I had a mean come up on CL Saturday too but turns out she/he was a major scammer so much so googling their email addres brings results up. I'm seeing a lot of GMCs and Chevys too, Envoys, Terrains, Terrace, a Chevy Trailblazer, Tahoes.
What about former police vehicles?
Gm wouldn't sell them to anyone except for fleet vehicles (police cars)
I only seen one in person which was a police car
