How are we overrating them after they ended the season on 21-4 stretch? They blew out the Dubs/Mavs/Rockets/Grizz and other playoff teams out West during that stretch too.

Better than any Lakers performance in the Finals as well.
beating the best team in the east is pretty much like beating a first round west team, nothing impressive at all
spurs only win championships when the lakers are rebuilding. any other year and they get washed

Did they get out of the first round? No.
Did they get the 3,4 or 5 seed? No.

You are reaching and you're delusional, there is nobody who didn't think they were one of the best teams, stop it.
Trying to use "6 seed" as a testament to them not being great is a stupid argument when they still had one of the best records in the league.
1st round exit is a stupid argument as well when they took the "higher" seed to 7 games and lose at the buzzer.

Alot of people who post in here are lakers fans and at one time the spurs were a rival to them.
Makes sense to me.
Its just the easy way out to bring up somebodys fanhood when their team aint doing good

Didn't say it didn't count but I'm calling it how I see it. Acknowledging another team's success won't degrade whatever past accomplishments the Lakers franchise had.
