Unfortunately for Mr Second coming, as you call him, NBA is a TEAM sport and the Pelicans aren't a good one. Stat stuffing doesn't impress me. Winning does.

Towns. Wiggins. Zach looked great this summer.

Add Rubio, who’s top 5 best passers and you have a decent TEAM.

With veteran leadership from Garnet and AMiller, they're certainly better than the Pelicans aka ADavis & 4 guys.

I liken this years Cavs team to the 95-96 Bulls Team.

It is the first year after the return of the superstar.

Everyone is pretty familiar with their roles 

Even with Kyree hurt to start the season, I see this team cruising to the #1 seed and ultimately being in the Finals this year. 

I'm not sure if they will win it, But I think they will get there.

as a miami born/raised/still here dude never spent a night outside of dade county except for this one night stand in fort lauderdale and 2 times i went to disney world with my mom lmao . either way i friccin LOVE the miami heat since i was a kid and i was watching glen rice or the tim hardaway , zo , pj brown , jamal mashburn era .....i love the heat but OMG DO I HATE that we are the only team in the nba with this dumb crap dancing around , singing , wearing costumes , like bruh its SO OLD PLEASE GET BACK TO THE SERIOUSNESS , please be that serious team thats busy plotting to have the biggest free agency periods like they have had in the past , please go back to leaving cap space open for the kevin durants in the world instead of paying chris bosh 120 mil and bums like dragic to long term contracts. please please get back to the seriousness man or we are going to be the atlanta hawks of the past 10-15 years , good enough for the playoffs EVERY year but never win a chip . smh /endrant

  . okay nobody is crying papito . i am talking about my hometown's nba franchise , in the NBA thread, i clearly showed that i love the miami heat and i love the way we do things , except that we are starting to become this happy go lucky , dancing around , karaoke team on media day , instead of gauranteeing championships and bringing in big time free agents like , tim hardaway , zo , lebron recently , bosh obviously , etc . We are the type of team to fix the hassan whitesides of the world ( nobody can fix beasley ) , we are the type of team to be serious , i just dont like the dancing around and BS because i dont want them to turn into the phoenix suns or something where the home games seem fun with that gorilla jumping around or whatever but cant do anything when it comes to big free agents or winning chips .

Wiggins and KAT both have two way superstar potential but one is a teenage rookie and the other is in his second year, they not winning nothing.


Yall must have forgot how bad that early OKC Thunder team was with all the talent in the world, it takes time.


In 2 or 3 years they could be one of the better teams in the West but they're still not even close right now, though they will be fun to watch.

It's gonna take time, the Wolves aren't close to ready yet. 2nd year Wiggins/rookie Towns aren't winning many games, especially in the brutal West.
