A part of me would like to see D'Angelo Russell in New York. All of me does not want him boxed in by the Triangle.

Stan's basketball IQ and feel for the game and general level of intensity are going to have to develop a TON for Stan to fulfil these Ron Artest comparisons.

For me I think it's just the build he has. He looks similar to Artest in that regard. I see him bring a good to pretty good pro. Wouldn't mind having him on my team.

A part of me would like to see D'Angelo Russell in New York. All of me does not want him boxed in by the Triangle.

That makes so much sense. He has shown to be able to play off ball but obviously thrives on ball and your traditional playmaker ain't really Triangle necessary. With that being said Phil and Fish said they are going to start to deviate from the Triangle next season and run a bigger variety of sets.

Right now I have it as:

1A) Towns
1B) Russell

3) Okafor

Wouldn't complain with any of them though.

Grown Man Stan is a beast, he's going to move up into that top 3 convo with a really strong tourney.



6'8 250 with a 7 foot wingspan at 18, can defend 3 positions and can shoot 3's.

What more do you want? He needs a couple of dribble moves and he has worlds of potential.

Not much difference between Stan Johnson n Winslow to me

Winslow looks more fluid and explosive. Johnson is stronger, but more mechanical in movement. Both are decent/solid enough shooters.

My friend and I were talking about Saturday's games on Saturday night and he said Okafor was better than Towns defensively, and I didn't even bother to disagree. I actually disagreed so much that I said, "Yeah."

Okafor should at least be Big Al. I think he should have a better career tbh, his fundamentals are just through the roof

IMO, i think Hollis-Jefferson will be a better pro.

Big Al is terrible defensively.

No way I can take him over Towns.

Also, think I'd lean towards Justise over Stanley depending on my roster. An elite wing defender is very useful. His athleticism is more impressive that Stan having an NBA body to me.
