He's missing his bae Chandler and probably realizes he'll be out of the league in 2 years.

Welp! Anyways I have Russy in New York..or even Brooklyn. Dude off the court could become a fashion GAWD!

Everybody is now coming out against the Lakers Russy/Love, if Durant does then what? Over pay young guys that are restricted to rebuild?
On the low, it ain't just the Lakers they are coming out against.

They are Hollywood, tinseltown, cap space, history, all of that used to have people running to be there.

It ain't happening these days, even with an aging vet.

Ill be shocked at the guy who says public or through sources they WANT to be a laker. Seems like Kobe has to retire.

Now in Wolves news I'm seeing Chase is being shopped to. I do want to see Shabazz and GR3 play more, well Shabazz I dont think Glen has played a minute this season.

Who wants to take Pek?

Lin won't be out of the league. He's a decent backup in the right situation.

Oh. And he has 300 million people behind him.

The NBA season so far has been horrible in my estimation.

-  The quality of play has been down, notably due key players suffering from injuries.
-  Major market teams suck, Knicks, Lakers, Boston.
-  Overall skill level has diminished tremendously, fans who witnessed the transition from Magic and Bird to Jordan and now LeBron, notice the overall drop off of talent in this league. Players who would not be a twelfth man on any team during Jordan's era, are now being considered key players in roles coming off the bench.
- Other than LeBron, Durant who hasn't played this year, Chicago when Rose is healthy, Clippers and the Warriors, what player or team does anyone really look forward to coming to town anymore, in order to go to a game?

Dude with KD AND Russ being out, the ticket resale market has gone to ****. I have failed to sell my ticket for all 5 home games, a $305 loss so far (well actually I did sell it last night, for literally 1 dollar on Stubhub). I have in the past 3-4 years never had trouble getting at least the $61 face value back on games I don't go to, which is most of them, but now I'm having them go unsold. I offered a large ticket resell site my whole remainder of the season package for -$10 off face every game, which would end up being about $380 more lost since I think there's that many more home games left. We just had our first snow last night so that is going to be a factor too.

Westbrook has never played professionally in LA, while LeBron did play professionally in Cleveland. The emotive pull was strong due to this, and was predicted by a few beat writers.

So, LA fans can keep dreaming about Russ playing in LA. What's Kobe going to do, ask him to play like Derrick Fisher?

Sorry to hear that.

The NBA is no longer that sort of investment.

Can you ever not use an ad hominem, in order to provoke emotive content back in your direction?

The reality is, Russ told the fan to go back to LA.

I'd take his word over your provocation.

i know dwight isn't gonna take a swing. shouldve had terrance jones stomp on kevin durant's foot

Needs to continue making a concerted effort to eliminate turnovers and exhibit defensive responsibility, but his marketability alone will keep him in a major city for years to come. Plus Lin's an adept scorer off the bench, when he's not playing a passive role like last night.

League source suggested to me Kobe is making sure he passes MJ in career points while he's healthy & once he does will settle into team ball

Why do people bother posting stuff like this? I'm pretty sure Kobe himself would never say anything close to this, so its basically just speculation by a random, nameless "source." Its of no more value than anything anyone says in this thread.
