it's the weekend.. if we give guys 4 hours during the week (between 1-11 PM).. i'm just glad if we get anything over the weekend

^ I halfway wanted to attempt to use the whole weekend to get Deadset to agree to a trade, but its a mock and its no big deal.
Animal will prob be in here for the NBA games tomorrow and see he is on the clock.

I kinda want to find the old mock drafts and see the players picked an how they turned on in the league.

I wasn't going to take just any QB that was available at this stage though, I wasn't expecting Ryan to last so long. Dude has the skills to be a stud in a few years with some hard work.
We realistically aren't going to go very far with our current roster, so why not start grooming him now while we play the last few years of Phillips career out?
Lol dude is 30...Favre was like 36!
Plus if he sits for a few years to learn the O and you end up firing Norv in a few years he has to learn an entirely different O when his time comes. He will have sat on the bench for nothing.

Gangsta, good looks posting those past NT mocks. Cool to see where we hit on picks and interesting misses too.

A player whose only motivation for working harder/playing better is money you don't spend a 1st round pick on.

Why?
I just think it's a risky proposition for a team.

Once that player gets his 1st round money, what incentive will he have to play hard if getting paid was his only objective?

If AT doesn't pick. I'll take Stephen Hill

It's a gamble, but the Browns really have nothing to lose. The offense was so pitiful last year. They need upgrades and a RB/WR with the first two picks will get the fans pumped
