Key Headlines on NT and real life:

One topic Knicks fans beat to death without any sense of perspective: Iman Shumpert not playing for the first month or two.

One player who People will continue to hold onto 'potential' when he continues to be a ++#@@+#: Javale McGee

One player to go AWOL when a rookie keeps him off the floor and is what he should have been: Mike Beasley

Derrick Rose separates himself from anyone else playing the point guard position. won't matter how many shots he takes or this or that. He dominates from that spot better than anyone else.

Pacers get off to a quick start, hype continues to build..they end slightly above .500.

Most Annoying fan bases: Knicks and Bulls that reaches an all-time high of suspensions/bans and overall idiocy during an ECF semi-finals match-up.

The New Jersey Nets and LA Lakers continue the arms-race for Dwight. Somebody massively overpays. They both need him bad. Whoever gets him is disappointed in 10 years.

Rookie to get off to a hot start: Kemba

Rookie to get off to a hot start and have a mediocre NBA career: Kemba

Rookie to win the Courtney Lee Slow-Down award this spring: Kawhi Leonard, Jimmy Butler or Norris Cole.

The Tom Thibbs Honeymoon stage in Chicago quickly evaporates in the spring.

1st Team to have a locker room melt-down or altercation between each other at mid-court at the end of a game: OKC. And if it happens, it's for the best.

NBA Champions: Miami Heat

Finals MVP: Lebron James

Key Headlines: Dwight gets traded at the deadline to NJ

Kobe is seen yelling and swearing at Mike Brown at least 4 times this season and the media goes crazy.

The hate for the Miami Heat dies down a bit and they quietly get the best record in the NBA

Despite constant claims that they hate each other, Westbrook gets his extension and he and Durant play without issue all season/playoffs

People will start comparing the Lebron Cavs to Rose and the Bulls a hell of a lot more, and despite great play in the regular season, fans and critics will worry if the Bulls win a title

Sickest front court in the East, perhaps. Very average back court? Indeed.
As a Knicks fan, if we get the first seed, I am pretty shocked.

Of course, cause people in general are dummys.  I don't see a * next to the Spurs 99' chip.

Besides when the Heat win this year everyone will just say "It's only one, I bet they won't EVER win another one"
