NYPD and the feds will have you dead to rights and will let you remain on the streets to continue building an insurmountable case against you.
I remember reading the indictment on Bobby, Rowdy and the rest of GS9. They’d literally get picked up on a charge, bail out, and go right back to the dumb ****. All the while they’re being watched and listened to.
I don’t see this kid doing anything under 10.
