Corey- thank god your mom's ok. I've seen a bunch come through our E.R. WITHOUT helmets thinking that a scooter is not the equivalent of a motorcycle.Anyways, at least you can turn in her road rashed helmet and get a brand new one, through the manfacture or dealer where she got it from.

Nike Hoops21: those AM93s look legit to me. If you could get a visual of the tags, it would be helpful. But everything on that pair is consistent with AM93retros (the edge of the toebox, the seamless air unit, the smaller air unit) and the colors look right to me.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers guys. She is moving from the hospital to a retirement home today for some recovery time.

Retro Nikes are made up to a size 15, iinm, but sizes 14 and 15 are ordered only by the discretion of the retailer. Those sizes are going to be harder to trackdown but you might be able to find them.

Lady was making a left turn and she was coming the other direction. Lady said she didn't even see her! Once you get past a certain age Ithink you should give up the keys or at least take a drivers test every two years from 80-89 and every year from 90+.
