Members will give you their advice and tips on how to handle your situation. To much negative thoughts in this thread lately, it really brings down the mood and original purpose of the thread . If you guys have a really difficult time getting yambs, then try to improve yourself and confidence first. If you don't believe in yourself, nothing we recommend will help, believe that . Now check the debbie downer attitude out of this thread and keep all of your heads up. Remember there is no better way to improve your game then practicing it. End.

I am on break from working out but Ill be right back on. What I need to work on is push ups and crunches. How many sets and reps should I be doing?

Try P90X or something.
I don't really work out, i'm not HUGE or a really big dude (pause), but I have really good genes, I get really swole really quick. I'm pretty toned all over, and all I do is eat, but I never gain any weight. I just have one set of adjustable dumbells and go ham an inconsistent 1-2 times a week for about a half hour. It works for me, but it may not be enough for you.

You can have all the muscles in the world, but nothing makes up for a wack pipe game.

Too true. I never really knew what I was doing my first time. I knew it was bad, and made sure to be ready to handle my biz properly by the next time I got laid. Even if you ain't getting laid, right now, working out can't be detrimental at all.

I dont think that is enough tbh. But based on the compliments I get, I know it is true.
Maybe when I get big. I think you underestimate my looks. I am not good looking in any other way than dressing nice.
I forgot to say I look like 15. Seriiously. that is one of girls biggest turn offs about me and I started working out because I think it might be my dealbreaker. No 23 year old wants to be with a skinny guy who looks like they should be babysitting.

Swagged out dudes get a hell of a lot more looks than any average dressed dude. If a girl compliments you, attempt to get the digits right there and then. She's was obviously giving you looks bro!
If dudes like Flava Flav can get play, looks musn't really mean much. Speak up when you talkin to these girls, smile a lot and make eye contact.

If you got a close female friend or cousin, I'd say you should just ask her what about your appearance could be helped.

OR, lower your standards? Maybe you'd have more confidence if you were messing with females you thought were more in your league.

Well I will start with the good so I dont come off as negative. I am close with my tomboy sister. I will ask her later. She wont mind because hook up stories are funny to her. I will try to be getting numbers from girls who compliment me from now. My genes are not as good but I am seeing some results (not much but i have made noticeable improvement). I will eat healthier to see how much I can increase those results

7) text them to go out
8. go out with said wimmenz
9) talk and listen to women and reply accordingly
10) try to close every time
11) keep doing steps 1-10 until you are successful, if you fail at any steps, start back at step 1

Don't post another thing in this thread until you talk to @ least 50 women, you need practice and posting in this thread won't help with that, get some real world experience brah. If you were in MISC you would be negged to death (srs)

Pro-tip = start with the 4's (refer to rating scale pic) and work your way up brah, I doubt some of the them whales can say no to a decently dress guy who talks to them (srs)

Thanks ricky, I just threw a random out there, the point is to talk to as many girls as possible to practice said game. The thirst will be there in the beginning, no doubt, but the nervousness will die down and comfort with women will go up with each and every conversation. I say you don't need to get every wimmenz # but in said case, he should at least try if the convo is going well, every bit of practice is helpful in everyone's case. Plus he can easily practice his texting skills if they are weak, nom sayin'. Quantity in this case is better than quality, once he can get quantity, he can go after quality (talking about talking to girls)
