Hard already passed...they had two Hard Fests already, are they having a NYE party too? I doubt it, there's already two huge electronica concerts (TAO andGiant).
TAO has Armin van Buuren for 9 hours (pretty crazy, exclusive 9 hour set, he'll probably have some guest artists perform too), Deadmau5, M.A.N.D.Y., DJReza, Junior Sanchez, and Pendulum.
