those are from ebay or one of those sites like wholesale-dress.net.

they're legit but with poor shipping, but the stuff is really cheap so

if you're shopping for the look more than the brand that might be the way to go 

with the prices, obviously the quality could be questionable but it won't be a great loss since it's so cheap
