Ehh. I hate when folks are deadlifting two plates and slam that **** down. It reverberates throughout the whole gym
Side gig for now. Eventually want to transition to full time.
I been lazy and haven't really reach out for new clients.
Low carb and intermittent fasting got the weight just melting off.
