STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I can only workout on an empty stomach first thing in the morning when I'm not starving yet or else my lifts are trash. Other than that, usually HIIT while fasted.
 
went to my old gym today cause i didnt want to sit in traffic..

reminds me why i never go there.. was gonna hit light DL before running another cycle of ed coan next week.

these ****ers close the whole DL station area to do some personal training.... how TF you gon close out a whole area in the gym for personal training.
they literally closed it out by putting 3 cycling cardio machines in a line to make sure no one comes in.
tried to do DL somewhere else in the gym but those hex plates are terrible and of course the rogue olympic plates are in the DL section :smh:.

ended up doing light squats, leg extensions, and stair masters and got the **** out of there
