Been doing that workout for a while and enjoy it. Hit 6 of the 7 targets on my heavy day for 12 reps with the work sets (2 each):
SL Deadlifts 205 lbs
Bent-Over Barbell Rows 145 lbs
Overhead Barbell Press 95lbs
Squats 225lbs
Calf Raises 120 lbs
Bench Press 165 lbs
Didn't get the barbell curls.

I feel pull ups are becoming easier, when I'm not toast from the day before
