Bro I used to be 150 frail and skinny currently at 175 still striving for better and I get compliments all the time. Everyone would talk crap you have to not let that discourage you use it as motivation as corny as that sounds. 

Anyone recommend a killer shoulder workout? Going in a bit.

Just practice and keep grinding. I dl heavy once a week and do another variation usually too. You'll get bigger numbers man, if you're dl consistently it can only go up.

Man it's fire they only have that really you just pick the meat. Sometimes they got oxtail on special too. It's like 5 blocks away.

I ate a whole large meat lovers pizza to myself tonight. I put 3 slices on my plate and told myself "well that's almost half, might as well make it an even 4" then I thought "well I don't wanna have to come back in the kitchen, I'll just put 3 more slices on just in case." Ate all those, took a nap and woke up starving so then I polished off the last slice. Wooops :lol:
 
Pizza does have a lot of protein.

Took out my professor for lunch, has pepper steak, white rice, red beans, sweet plantains. I was stuffed.

How are y'all measuring the amount of calories y'all burning??
I know you lose weight by calories in and calories out. It's easy to measure your calories in through MFp...but how about calories out? How many cals do I burn by doing da bench press ?
