saw a guy using suicide grip drop 225# onto his chest. i ran over and helped move the weight off. he sat on the bench for about 20 more minutes and was texting. my wife said he was probably telling his mom to come pick him up [emoji]128514[/emoji]

i used a bench buddy for the first time this weekend which is kind of similar to the slingshot. i only had 245# on and it was pretty cool to see the weight go back up so effortlessly. i don't think it's a waste of time for people that can't even lift 275# (which is probably around my max right now)

Cool. I just may look into buying it.

That's not even crossfit.

Some people try to make up a certain exercise just on GP. At my box, that's totally unacceptable.

Don't feed into that.

I powerlift, oly lift, and Crossfit.

Some crossfit programs put powerlifting in their workout.

Some of you guys should try it out. Just once.

There's mad body weight exercises u can do stop messing around.

In my garage I copped a bench which I'm afraid to use bc I assembled it

An industrial truck tire, battle ropes, those big blue barrels, TRX bands.

Cmon man I knownChi winters are harsh. So prep yourself!
 
Glad Mike finally knows I actually respect and use crossfit.... But knows I love the lulz
