that amount of protein is so unnecessary bro. like, by at least 120g. Don't forget about your organs bro.
 
I read somewhere that around 40g of protein per meal is optimal. Over that amount at once has no purpose for the body and it just rids itself of all the excess like pooping. Don't know the 100% facts to it. All I know is if I try a shake with around 60g protein I get nauseous and then run to the bathroom.
 
Anyone intermittent fast long term? I've been doing the fast 16 hours a day one (eat betwen 1130 am to 7:30 pm).
I used to IF couple years back(on my last cut). I actually loved it! Didn't have to worry about eating all the time. And I feel better throughout the day not as hungry. 
 
 
Man how horrible is it starving yourself like that?

Do any of you guys cutting this low know how to do a body recomp? Otherwise all that weight is coming right back.
