I read that Mono doesnt dissolve so well so the left over shards that were dissolved can get stuck in your intestines causing stomach issues.

I use just a spoon and regular cup, you are right though, it's pretty difficult to dissolve so you will have to chug it foen right away while the powder is suspended. Tbh i havent heard of too many people that have had stomach issues by doing this.

How would you hit your nuts with a barbell doing a bent over row?



Theres no exercise thats more effective on a smith machine than a barbell. None.


Did you miss the "also pull towards you" part? It's like trying to pull in a diagonal, but since it's on a rail, you don't. It's a completely different feel than a regular barbell row. 

Oh i got the pull towards you part, still dont see how it could hit the nuts.

If you cant get that contraction with a barbell then youre missing some motor control ir the weights too heavy.

Its been going pretty good man, just started doing Sheiko about a week ago to help me get ready for my meet May 30th.

Might take a break afterwards, cut some weight and do some high volume stuff. I want to have these same numbers in about 2 lower weight classes lol

Just spent 1200 and change on a weightlifting bar and plates

Was going to go for some jerk boxes, but maybe another month

Yup. Exactly that. I can't wait.

Going to buy the 60 inch jerk box set in a month or two. I'm short so I can use the boxes for back squats :lol as well as jerks

What bars are you using? I was tempted to go cheap because on the website they have cheaper bars that go for 250 something

But then decided against it
 
Man just some random bars. I'm pretty sure they're just power bars or some regular eco bars. Either way they're old as hell and im tryna get em to buy new olympic bars since 90%of the athletes that train there do some olympic variations but he's just gonna get some new power bars smh. The owner is old school so I'll just leave it at that

Well I do USAPL so its 2hr weigh ins so I just compete at whatever weight I walk around at. Its damn near impossible to cut 10 or more pounds and get it all back in before lifting and still perform well.

You going up to 275? You're gonna be massive

Yeah man those 2hr weighins are rough, i would definitely have to be in a higher weightclass than 242. I have been hovering around 260, bench just automatically improves haha
