When I interned with Nike they said they were putting out a new line of crossfit inspired gear in 2015. Bunch of oregon colorways in prototype
 
My close friend interned with Nike (NYC office) during the summer and he didnt mention anything about cross fit type gear.

Those shoes look cheap as hell.

First workout of the new year bright and early!!! Limited myself to two drinks tonight so i wouldn't be hungover and skip the gym in the AM haha. Happy new year Team Fit
 
Happy new years guys.

I would say that today would be the last day I eat like a pig but to be honest, it'll take about two weeks to finish off all the junk food left in this house. Would hate to throw it to waste. :lol

Unless you go after working hours till about 8 you should be good
Was just messin' around. I go between 11-2pm before night shifts/day off

After 8pm on day shift 

Been super sick lately so I haven't seen any weights in a few days :( 
 
Knocked out a quick chest workout this morning. The gym was packed as expected. What's up with all these people showing up with every lifting accessory on the market? I really don't understand the purpose of wraps, straps,  chalk and belts. Every single time I have lifted something heavy in real life nobody handed me any of these things. If it isn't completely raw then it doesn't mean anything outside the gym. If your strength isn't functional what's the point.
 
I need a new bar for the house. Does anybody have any recommendations? I was looking at the rogue bars.
 
I don't know bout you but I can't get through a back workout without my straps. My grip gives out at the halfway mark of my workout like clockwork. My back is warmed up and my grip has left the building. I wouldnt be able to get a quality workout without em.
 
You two dudes don't even personally know each other. Come on with the fighting man. Just ignore eachother man. New year.
