STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

i know people posted about bluetooth headphones way back in this thread. i been content with my cheap ol' earbuds but using these wireless headphones today was great. no worries about dumbells on the phone doing sitting shoulder presses or incline bench. no worries of the wire catching on deadlifts. earbuds stuck firmly in the ear - no movement or discomfort. wish i tried some earlier :lol

I have a feeling this will be me. I got a $50 amazon gift card and am prob gonna pick up some bluetooth headphones. Any recommendations

I know i will be the one saying "why didn't i just do this earlier"

Got a nutri ninja for Christmas, love it but haven't gotten the smoothie consistency right yet lol

i researched online and bought the bluebuds for about $130. there's probably cheaper options but i'm happy with them so far. kind of a pain to set them up though.

Wires do get annoying but does anyone else not wear headphones to the gym anymore?

I found myself wasting too much time picking songs, looking at my phone, etc. Havent worked out with headphones for a month and I concentrate a lot better, quicker and more effective workouts. For cardio I still need my music though.

Can't live without my music while lifting.

I have my phone in an arm band, so the most I do is turn the screen on to skip songs on Pandora, you doin' it wrong if you're constantly checking your phone.

i prefer to blast music. it blocks out distractions for me and lets everyone know i don't want to talk. play certain songs when i'm gonna push for a PR. i don't look at my phone unless i'm taking a long rest. bluetooth headphones are nice because my phone is way off to one side.

make a gym playlist to avoid scrolling.

I went one month without music and I absolutely hated it.. The reason is that my gym have the worst music blaring.. :x

Without music I'm not even stepping into the gym. I hate hearing people grunt and moan while dropping 40lb Dumbbells like they're Heman or something :{

Well bros, rough day at the gym after a holiday trip. I have a feeling diet has everything to do with it. My weight dropped to 153 in the 5 days I was back home.

305x5 today after expecting to get 6 easily. I hit 300x6 last week without breaking a sweat.

Still shooting for 405 by new year 2016.

I used to go without music for years. It did help me concentrate on breathing.

Sometimes it's to easy to fall in love with the coco and do a lil mini turn up mid rep.

I used to workout with no music for my first two years of lifting before wireless headphones came out. Now i cant even think about lifting without music

I've never been a fan of working out with music *kanye shrug*

But then again I never had wireless headphones....

That's another main reason why I listen to music loud.. I can't stand hearing grown men kicking and screaming..
