Is it douchey for a skinny guy to do forearm curls?
My old gym had a pull-up/dip station that was a sturdier looking version of the one in the pic below but the same size and setup. The pull-up bar was just part if the frame with no extension and the dip handles were right on the frame.
I was setting up to do weighted dips and as I'm stepping up to get into position this guy walks up on the other side and reaches for the pull-up bar, while I'm practically inside the frame! We would have literally been chest to chest, I was like "sorry man I'm about to do a set" he goes "oh, ok" and steps back. I get up, in suspended on the dip handles with like 90lbs strapped to my waist and before I could do the first rep he steps forward and reaches up again. I had to step back down I was like "What the #%*! are you doing?!" I literally had to explain to him that it would be weird for us to go at the same time. He's the type of guy, when the subway car is 99% empty he sits down right next to you cause that's the seat he likes.

Its not even really about the amount of volume, its the intensity of the work being done.Damn, just back squats. What's that, like 15-20 sets?
Man smolov is crazing isn't it? Does it have to squat 4 times a week to start?When i did smolov i was taking 15 minute breaks and it took 2.5 hours to finish.
Whenever you want to, then gradually over time increase the weight before you add it.

I'm at about 360lb max rep back squat. Wanted to increase that this month, and wasn't exactly sure if at a higher weight i should be throwing it on.

Well theres going to be some (2 lol) guys in here that tell you not to use one and then some people will say use it whenever you want.
I'm at about 360lb max rep back squat. Wanted to increase that this month, and wasn't exactly sure if at a higher weight i should be throwing it on.

In my opinion as long as your doing some training without one, I have a day where I never put one on for squats, then you will be fine. Even when you wear one its not like it takes your core out completely. For example if you keep getting stronger, by the time you hit 400lb then you should be able to take the belt off and hit 360 belt less no problem. ja feel me?

Everyone gets great results from it though, Ive seen people get a good bit of lbs to their bench just by running it.
lol that **** will make a man or a boy out of ya quick.Yup 4x per week, on week 4 i collapsed on the floor after my last set and started cramping everywhere lol
