STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Bout to kill these bad boys.

C4 is pretty good for most people. But just allow your body to adjust for a few weeks.

I would only recommend a pre-workout if you have one of the "I-dont-feel-like-working-out" days. In other words, don't use preworkout for every single workout.

Water. There's no need for a PWO honestly. If you bring about a Liter of water with you, just ride the bikes for about 6 mins and you should be ready to go. On another note I hate PF's no gallon jug rule. I get tired of constantly refilling my water bottle.

They really have a rule about that now lol?

That's why I'm happy I left that poor excuse for a gym.

Thats the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. That pos is not a gym. With so many gyms out there I don't know why anyone goes there. I don't care if its cheap, that kind of environment is not conducive to reaching any kind of fitness goals.

If I had no choice except to use PF for a gym, I'd do body weight exercises, and try to master those variations.

**** you can find everything you need for an alright home gym on Craigslist. It might not been in the best shape but **** better then some ***** *** ***** telling you your being too loud.

I wouldn't agree completely lexlieno lexlieno

Water might give you some energy but not nearly as much energy as caffeine.

Yeah but the trade off is your body gets used to the stims. When you don't have that boost from the PWO you get severely fatigued. Water is the best because from a physical and mental standpoint it not only replenishes you, there are no negative side effects.

On another note, that vascular it's vid is creepy. When I get older and lose mass I probably won't be too far behind. this is about a couple weeks ago after going rock climbing with some friends. They look creepier irl.
Frank is one of the most vascular guys in the world, Im not sure if you'll ever get near that naturally. But being vascular really doesn't mean anything lol

@Freeze dibs on the pink one.

On my way out to the CSCCa in Salt Lake, hope your boy gets some more job offers out there.

Today is leg day and I'm not feeling too well. Today is a high rep day so my workout should not be that difficult.

I would like to go to the gym right after work but for some reason, near the end of my shift (5:30) I do not have an appetite and by the time i get home I do not have enough energy to go to the gym . I dont drink coffee or take any energy supplements. Do you think my diet is off?

morning: 2 eggs, pancake, and turkey bacon

snack: 1 scoop of whey mixed with kale, blueberries, almond, banana, strawberries, and almond milk

lunch: ground turkey and salad

snack 2: fruit/watermelon/nuts/boiled eggs

Around 3-5pm I develop a minor appetite but I do not feel like eating. By the time i get home I dont have energy and my appetite increases and I cave in and eat like a mad man.

Any suggestions? my diet is consistent monday through friday
