@JaysRcrak My brother you assume people know a lot......
And that is far from the case. Like I've previously said there is a lot of lost people out there.
I live in current day America and see it all the time. Drugs is the easy way to make money.
I don't know what perception you have about it, but lets look at it in these simple terms.
Let me get up early every day have to go to school, where I don't make money at all
or work a job where I make the same or significantly less than selling drugs
and perform significantly more physical labor for long periods of time.
At my job, I have to be around people I don't vibe with, wear a uniform and
be on a set time schedule. With selling drugs none of this exist, except the risk
and dangers of getting locked up. I have more free time and I don't really have to challenge
myself as I performing easy task. Selling drugs may not be safe and smart, but it is certainly
easy to do as far as effort wise and accessibility.
We know life is about decisions that is given, but do you think if those people had the proper guidance
and support in their lives they would make better decisions and not decisions based upon desperation and ignorance?
Once again you assume everyone knows there all these ways to make money.
This is wrong. I am still learning about jobs and industries that exist, but would not know unless
I was surrounded by the people that have opened my eyes to these things.
When I was growing up and in high school I certainly didn't know all of these industries and avenues existed.
Once again my brother don't become so one sided and put the whole blame on our people.
That's what they want you to do.
Your hole analogy is very flawed and one sided, but I definitely get what you are trying to say
and agree with some of the points you make.
Once again you assume everyone knows right from wrong and once again this is not the case.
What I mean by pushing you, I'm talking about a stable family environment that helps guide
the youth along. I'm not talking about a grown man. Once again as I previously stated
we don't have many stable family environments because of the by products of slavery.
PLEASE STOP SAYING WE ARE COMPLAINING.
NO ONE IS COMPLAINING just addressing issues for their proper causes.
If I was complaining then I would be like this is not fair and there is no way we can overcome
the injustices put in place blase blase blase.
That's far from the case. I'm providing knowledge from my perspective on what's going on today
and properly diagnosing the problems rather than just pointing the finger at one side or the other.
And for the record I work at a corporate job and have definitely seen complaining get people into
better situations. That's not my MO but its funny what you see some people get away with.
The last statement you make is the one I can agree with you whole-heartedly on.
I applaud you for speaking and taking time out to connect with the youth.
We certainly need more of that because that is the only way we will educate and help
break the cycles is by being available, present and a source of fresh air from the suffocation
they are experiencing from negative forces.
You really have your mind set on this "victim of life mentality". But if you are ok with that, live your life.
Just know that in life, you are what you think you are.
If you are constantly playing the victim role all you'll ever be is a victim.
Instead I say play the role of a KING, so that you can become one.
But to be a KING requires being responsible for your actions. Cant be constantly blaming others for actions and decisions that you clearly had control over.
As far as the drug thing. You're just flat out wrong. Stop lying to yourself.
Selling drugs is made to look like its easy money when in actuality its just a system to enslave you.
One of my side hustles for years now is vending at our courthouse. I know almost all of the judges and a bunch of the lawyers that are there on the daily.
Many of the judges are really cool and I've had several lunches and brunches with them. One thing that judges LOVE to do is talk about the different cases that have presided over.
I've heard many of their stories. And Im here to tell you that in 2015, the idea of making money selling drugs is a fallacy. A fantasy. An apparition of a time long gone. Like the Gold Rush.
It's a broken business model that if you play the game long enough, is guaranteed to land you in prison. Just like the Casino, the house has the advantage in that game.
Here are a few reasons why slanging doesnt work in 2015:
1.Marketing: to have a successful drug trade people have to know that you have the product. You won't make any money if you don't have the clientele.
The problem with that is, that you have to tell people that you are doing something illegal. Now of course you will start with the people you know and trust, but eventually you will have new customers that you dont know. Its a word of mouth type business by nature. And it's only a matter of time before the police know about you.
2. Snitches: One of THE main factors that gets an operation taken down. Somebody is gonna tell on you sooner or later. And in most cases it wont even be someone from your own camp that rats you out. Usually just some low level hustler that you sold an ounce of dope to, on his 3rd strike, looking to avoid that 20 year sentence they are facing. Even if you beat the case once or twice you are still on law enforcement's radar. That's when they start sendin out the Confidential Informants. Not good for business.
3: Jealousy/ Hatin': As soon as you start to make any kind of money people will start to take notice. And some people are not gonna like it. It's the nature of the beast. Some wont like it because you are cutting out their profits, some because they are morally against what you do, some because you are making money and they are not, and some people will invariably hate or be jealous of you for no reason at all. When that happens, and it will happen, the robbers, burglars, and snitches will come out of the wood works to stop you from flourishing.
4: Taxes: A good amount of people who decide to slang dont go into it with an exit strategy already in place. They just do it because they think it is easy money(just like you). The problem is IF they do start to make any money, they dont know what to do with it. Where to put it, What to buy with it that wont fire off any red flags to the authorities or the IRS. Alot of people try to put stuff in other people's name and think they can get by but they run into the same problem. That person's standard of living is above their pay scale too. All that is gonna do is get your mama's house seized and her locked up with you when the hammer comes down on you. not a good look.
5: Technology: Once they are watching you its over. They are just waiting for you to do enough so that their charges stick. And once they start compiling evidence you are almost certainly done.
All those text messages from dudes you told 1000 times not to text you anything incriminating, and they do it anyway thinking they slick will be collected. It might go unnoticed if he texted you once saying " If you come to the cookout bring 10 paper plates with you," but a bunch of cryptic meesage in your logs like that will send up red flags. They got all the slang words for weight in their database. Plus once that put surveillance on you its a wrap. They can zoom down from space and see you license plate, what makes you think the cant see what you doin out in these streets?
6: The System: It was always set up for you to fail. They ARE the plug. That's why you dont get on their radar until you start buying larger amounts, because they ARE the importers.
You were never meant to make anything. That's why when they come for your freedom, they also come for all of your stuff. They take all the money, all the properties, all your fake businesses and some of the real ones, all the cars, all the clothes. Everything. Cause that's how they make money in addition to all the lawyer fees you will pay, court fees, and all of the items you make in prison that they sell. AND in addition to all of that they take the dope back too. They put that back on the street to fool the next young gullible brother who is waiting in line to throw their future away.
It's A TRAP!!!!
And I never met a judge in my life, that let someone go free because they stood up in the courtroom talmbout " but, but, the systemic oppression of my people though...", "Nobody ever told me how to do better with my life...", " I didnt have any positive role models to show me the way...", "I am a victim of my environment..."
They dont care.
****** better wake the **** up is all Im sayin.
