lord these shoes are so fake not even near authentic. Soles are so icy. Also on eBay if the seller didn't put 100% percent authentic.  It will be hard to get your money. It has to show that the seller lied.

Yes in the description of the shoes the seller said it was 100% authentic but how do I file a complain

Go to paypal.com, and log in. Go to your transaction and file a claim. In the claim you have to say that the item was improperly described and that it is fake. If Paypal asks you for proof(i don't think they will), show them this thread. If you do it now, you should have your money back in a week, maybe 10 days.

Ok thanx guys for all the help, I hope I get my money back really soon and when it happens do I have to ship the shoes back to him as well .

send him the shoes first thing tomorrow and give him tracking as well as paypal to show you shipped. you have to be patient and call paypal like every other day to check on the status. its gonna take like 10 days to get your money back but you will. we are lookin out for ya famo

Doesn't matter if the seller listed these as 100% authentic or not. When you list on eBay you are implying that they are 100% authentic as it is against eBay policy to sell fakes. If you bought these through eBay, you are protected and you will be able to get your money back.

regardless people have reported fakes and eBay doesn't really do much. Either way its the buyer that needs to be attentive and careful. Common sense wise the person should of ask the seller if it authentic. If he say it authentic when its actually fake then you can argue. You can't go and just buy random stuff on eBay thinking its authentic. You have to do research. Good luck on trying to report every single fake shoes on eBay. Take my advice and research before you buy a shoe on eBay.

It doesn't matter if the buyer says they are authentic or not. You absolutely are not allowed to sell fakes on ebay. Does that stop people? No, of course not. Do I go around and buy random stuff on ebay thinking it is authentic? Of course not. Am I going to go on a crusade to report every single fake on ebay? Hell no.

My words were advice to the thread starter. In this case, he should be protected and will get his money back.

Do you mean seller not buyer . you had a little typo. Its all good.

I see your point. But in case the seller doesn't say authentic it will be more harder to prove his point. Since the seller lied he is guranteed money back. It will better next time if he research before buying anything. I Appreciate your point though. Also you have a typo do you mean seller instead of buyer. Its all good I make mistakes once in a while.

Guys the dude sent me a pic of the receipt and I asked why he didn't ship it cuz I didn't ask he claims but this guy is saying these are authentic and he bought it from Eastbay... Help

They're fake, dude.. that receipt doesn't mean anything. As far as you know, that receipt is for his own legit pair.

Yeah, receipt means nothing. It's just a piece of paper.

I've even seen people selling receipts and boxes on eBay.

If u dont know your **** back and forth, up and down, dont shop for legit Js on Ebay, chances are ur gonna get ripped off with fake shoes. Stay your *** at the retailers and highly reputable sites like our sponsor instyleshoes.com or Flightclub.com so you NEVER lose any money on fake Js.
